What is your return/exchange policy?

RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM OR A DAMAGED ITEM?
Please contact us at info.chercouture@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. We will issue a return label to have the incorrect/damaged item sent back to us. You will have 7 days to return the incorrect and/or damaged item back to us.
When can I expect my package?
SHIPPING TIMES INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.
Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out Monday.
STANDARD SHIPPING: Estimated delivery in 4-7 business days
PRIORITY MAIL: Estimated delivery 3-5 business days.
EXPRESS OVERNIGHT: THIS IS THE ONLY SHIPPING SERVICE USPS GUARANTEES 1-2 DAY DELIVERY EXCLUDING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS.
LOCAL PICK UP: We are located in Long beach, CA borderline Orange County, CA. Pick up is MON-FRI 1-4PM by appointment only.
