We are confident you will love our pieces, but in the event you need to return your items, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, so in the event that your package is lost in transit, you have proof to show your shipping company.
**Items must be in original condition with all tags attached. Items sent back damaged/used will be refused or subject to a restocking fee starting at a minimum of 30%***
Once we receive the items and double check the merchandise condition, a store credit will be issued in the form of an e gift card to the email on file.
PLEASE NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer must pay return shipping fees.

RECEIVED THE INCORRECT ITEM OR A DAMAGED ITEM?
Please contact us at info.chercouture@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. We will issue a return label to have the incorrect item sent back to us. You will have 7 days to return the incorrect and/or damaged item back to us.
